pamper yourself!

as your wedding day comes nearer, don't forget to make time to pamper yourself! whether it's the day before your wedding or sometime during the week, make an appointment with all of your attendants for a spa day! not necessarily have to get the works done, but at least a massage! you deserve it! a very relaxing massage will make you glow and shine on your wedding day! (also, don't forget to tell your massage therapist that your wedding is coming up! he/she will definitely take that into consideration so that you're not sore on your wedding day)

'forever' stamps

just a thought... there's going to be a postage increase (again!) on may 14th and the rate will increase from 39 cents to 41 cents!

the USPS have what they call 'forever' stamps... this will sell for 41 cents and will remain valid for first-class postage regardless of future rate increases. who knows when the next postage increase will be... it just seems like it's always going up nowadays... :(

so with that in mind, this might be a good investment for brides and grooms... possibly for save-the-date's, wedding invites, shower thank you cards, and wedding thank you cards... or if you're really into snail mailing greeting cards, this will definitely be an advantage for you!

although they are selling for 41 cents currently, at least you'll be guaranteed this rate for your future mailers!

abby & jan ... e-session

fun fun fun! abby & jan were so much fun to photograph! they were so into the photo shoot and had a blast doing it... their wedding is only 3 & 1/2 weeks away and i'm so excited! the misha media team will be doing the photo and video for their wedding... looking forward to more fun!

poor jan, he ripped his contacts the night before the shoot and had to wear his glasses... he didn't want them in his photos so he took them off and left it off to the side... andy shot this... :) all we kept hearing during the photo shoot was, "guys, i can't see anything!" .... lol...

nothing says 'spring' like a garden of tulips! tulips are so pretty... thank God for winters because spring wouldn't be the same... so get out of the house and enjoy the weather and the beautiful colors of the flowers blooming!

engagement party - neelu & rama

we had the honor of being part of neelu & rama's engagement party... it was held at the beautiful ashyana banquets in downer's grove. after hanging out with these two at their engagement session last month, i knew for sure that their families would be really nice and welcoming.

the night celebrated their love for each other and their friends and families.

loved the intricate details on neelu's hand!

rama's niece got tired of me taking pictures of her all night that she decided to return the favor!
