thought i'd share what my wonderful husband surprised me with on my birthday! this awesome- too pretty to eat-birthday cake made by "the cake girls" in chicago...

it took me awhile to finally cut the cake...
it was a pleasant surprise to see a triple chocolate mousse cake inside!

and it tasted as good as it looked!
